What's the minimum order? +
10 people minimum for our standard catering menu. Smaller orders (under 10) can be done as regular online orders — for groups of 6–9 we recommend ordering combos through /order. There's no maximum — we've done events for 200+ guests.
How much lead time do you need? +
48 hours minimum for orders under 30 people; 72 hours for 30+. Eid, Ramadan, holidays book out 1–2 weeks in advance — submit a quote early. Same-day or next-day? Call us — sometimes we can flex.
Do you deliver? How far? +
Yes — anywhere in Brooklyn and most of Queens, Manhattan, and Bronx. Delivery fee is calculated by distance and is included in your quote total. Setup/serving staff is available for an additional charge — mention it in the quote notes.
Is everything halal? Do you have certification? +
100% halal — no exceptions. All meat is sourced from certified halal suppliers (paperwork available on request). Both kitchens are zabiha-only — no pork or alcohol on premises. Family-owned, Muslim-operated since 2018.
How does payment work? +
50% deposit at booking, balance due before delivery. Pay online by card (Stripe — secure, no card stored on our end). After your deposit you'll get a permanent link to your order — bookmark it, and pay the balance from the same page when you're ready. Need to pay by check or invoice the office? What about allergies and dietary needs? +
We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-conscious guests — let us know in the quote notes and we'll suggest options. ⚠️ Cross-contact with peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, sesame, and shellfish may occur in our kitchen. For severe allergies, call us first — we'll walk through what's safe.
What's the cancellation policy? +
Cancel 72+ hours before delivery for a full deposit refund. 24–72 hours: 50% deposit refund. Under 24 hours: deposit is non-refundable (food is already prepped). Changes to headcount or menu within 24 hours: we'll do our best but may need to charge for ingredients already ordered.
